I worked with Trenton both when buying and later selling home, and honestly I cant imagine having done it without him. When it was time to sell, he really stood out. Trenton personally helped coordinate repairs, found reliable contractor, and handled a lot of back-and-forth so I didnt have to. There were multiple things that came up along the way, and he stayed on top of all of them, kept me updated, and made sure nothing slipped. It felt like he treated the transaction as if it were his own house.

My wife and I recently used Trenton Hoggard as our realtor to sell a rental home we had in Jonesboro. I had initially contacted Trenton years back to discuss possible rental management options, as I did not live in Jonesboro. As a couple of years passed, Trenton always made the effort to keep in touch with me. When my wife and I decided to sell our rental in the Fall of 2025, there was no doubt who I was going to use. Trenton lined everything up and was always a step ahead. I didn't even need to make a visit to the home initially to discuss or meet with Trenton. He made each process simple and quick. Although it took a few months to get our house sold, Trenton never made us feel worried about pricing or anything to that matter. In the end, he got us more for our home than we had even anticipated. I highly recommend Trenton for all of your real estate needs.
