Treg Monty has worked with me on a few properties and I have had no problems with him. We have been through an unruly neighbor, a house I called the pig, inspections gone awry, closing setbacks, last minute accidents just before closing just to name a few, and we always get through it with profit and a smile. He has driven quite far to see me to discuss our action plan and has taken me to dinner a few times. Just a great guy. Treg never seems to get angry as well. Being from New York I have jumped on him more than once and still Treg Monty stays calm cool and collected. He doesn't see problems, he sees solutions. One other thing I like about Treg is that he's not ALL BUSINESS all the time. He can sell homes (that he has great confidence in) but he can also talk to you about your day, your family, cars, vacations you've been on or going on or even a rock club or the weather. Working with Treg was absolutely a five-star, wonderful experience! He was very informative through every step of the process, and always responded to our questions and concerns timely. He went above and beyond in his work, and even spent hours on the phone with us on Christmas Eve helping us sell our home! Treg has also been extremely helpful in the purchase of our new home.
