Don't let Tre's young age fool you! His youthful exterior belies a wisdom and a savvy beyond his years. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and well-informed realtor who understands the market and will absolutely 100% go to bat for his clients, of which I was lucky enough to be one. I recently purchased a home in Shippenville, but do not live in the area, and because of my work and travel schedule, could not be involved in-person as much as I wanted to. Tre essentially handled the entire transaction for me remotely, including (but not limited to) taking care of attending the inspection to be my eyes and ears on the ground (and having me on video chat during the inspection), negotiating with the sellers to address many issues he knew were concerns because of things he noticed on my behalf during the inspection, and coordinating the closing with the title company (including making sure I was sent the appropriate documents that I needed to have signed and notarized in advance, since I was unable to attend the closing in-person, but likewise having me be on video chat during the closing so that I could feel like I was there). He has gone above and beyond, including making himself available via text, phone, and email, even after normal business hours, making recommendations on contractors and other services we will need, and very kindly volunteering to take on a lot of handyman work himself (which he has done a great job with) because he wanted me to be able to save money where I could. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I promise you will not be disappointed if you hire him. Tre is the man for the job!

Tre did an outstanding job helping me purchase my home in PA while I was living in Florida.
