I enjoyed working with him because he was willing to walk the property with me (dense forest) and really get into the weeds and check it out. He was able to answer any of my questions through his own experiences and offer up any information he saw fit. When it came to the details for the purchasing process, he was always a phone call or a text away, and was very good about getting back to me in a timely manner. Everyones got lives to live, but he still made sure to tend to every question or concern I had eventually. Hes smart. I found him trustworthy and accurate. ZillowVERIFIEDLast August, I was looking to buy some vacation property in the Upper Peninsula, and was fortunate enough to meet Travis Ryan. I wasnt sure if I would find what I wanted in my 2-day visit, but he managed to show me 5 properties the first day, with 3 of them in pretty remote areas. I had a few others on my initial list, but the first one I visited really spoke to me. Travis was super responsive if I had questions, and we closed on the property in September. My wife wasnt able to go on the trip with me, but were anxious to get out there together to find a small home to purchase while we build a cabin on the property. We plan to work with Travis when we buy our next place.
