Travis was referred to us by family members for our recent move from Wisconsin to Minnesota. Our search began in Sept. aEUR~23 and ended in May. During that time we looked at 50 or more properties. Travis possesses infinite patience. He makes you feel like you are his only client. Being out of state, our property viewings were tightly clumped into the times we traveled here, often on weekends. Travis would spend hours with us, agreeably taking us anywhere we asked. We also did many virtual visits so our in person time would be more productive. As our search dragged on and our price point and even type of house we were looking at fluctuated, Travis never showed any impatience or exasperation. Travis knowledge of real estate in the MSP metro area is extensive. He also has knowledge of construction practices and would point out things at each place we viewed - not trying to influence our decision but rather to provide knowledge for our consideration about things we never would have thought of. He is also a clearinghouse for references on any kind of service you might need regarding home maintenance. At our final walk through on closing day, with our moving van waiting for the aEURoeall clearaEUR? sign from us to begin unloading, Travis found an area damaged during the move out of the previous owners. We would have never caught that until much later. Travis calmly made a few calls and got the process started toward a resolution. We still check in from time to time for a reference or to ask a question. Travis always has time for us. We highly recommend Travis Erickson without reservation. We really hope this was our last move but, if were in the market again, he would be our first call.

Travis came recommended to us from a family member, and we most recently purchased our third property with him. We have had some good agents, some not so good, but none as good as Travis. He is the best we have ever worked with, and the hardest working. One of the reasons we keep going back to Travis is that he gives us honest assessments of properties, including which properties we should pass on, or bid at a more aggressive price due to the work needed on the property. He has extensive remodeling experience, which is invaluable when viewing houses, as he is able to point things out, good and bad, that most agents never bother to look for. He knows the market very well, down to which blocks are better than others. He also works very hard, quickly visiting properties on the market and when we were out of town, doing a video walk through with us, so we can decide which properties we really want to view in person. And, when the contract is signed, he is thorough about getting everything done, including being on top of agreed upon repairs. He views everything as his responsibility, not yours, and took care of everything so we did not have to. It is rare you feel like a real estate agent is a true partner with you, with completely your best interest at heart. Travis is just such an agent. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Looking back on the sale of my house I genuinely feel I hit the jackpot choosing Travis Erickson to handle the selling process. I had three friends/family members highly recommend their realtors, but I just had a very good feeling about Travis after he gave me a free, no commitment home evaluation. It was just a one bedroom house, so it needed good marketing to draw buyers that were the right fit. And draw a crowd it did! To quote Travis aEURoewe are going to have them lined up out the door!aEUR? I never would have imagined that the sale would go so smoothly, so quickly, and with so many offers. It sold at a price that far exceeded the asking price, and far exceeded my expectations. Travis knew exactly what to do to make my house show well, and he had the contacts to get those jobs done quickly. Again, it was a sale that you could only dream about, and it became that perfect experience when I put it in Travis hands. He is so modest, but exceptionally skilled at his profession, and I dont know how he stays so humble with all the praise he undoubtedly gets from his clients. He is absolutely the guy I will refer my old neighbors to or anyone asking me for an OUTSTANDING realtor!

Travis went above and beyond to make what couldve been a highly stressful situation a smooth sailing for us.
