Fast, Efficient, Very Personable! Once The photos were posted. As well as the Virtual tour; on Friday evening. The request for, walk throughs. skyrocketed! Due to poor weather for that Saturday. All requests were moved to Sunday. By Monday morning we had at least 4 offers; 3 over the asking price.And after we accepted an offer; within hours later on the same day!! Even still, Yet another, higher offer. Whenever I, the Buyer or the buyers Financial institute had a question or concern; Tracey and her team, Always returned any and all inquiries I had. A very Top Notched; Professional crew. Even though the actual legal process took a few weeks. The House sold in a Day.Charles Anthony Peters(A Satisfied Seller)

Tracy is incredibly professional, an overall excellent realtor and problem solver. She was proactive in selling our house and did so within 45 days. There was a day when we thought we should drop the price, and she widely hesitated and suggested we should stay the course a little longer based on what she had seen in market value. Luckily we listened to her, and a few days later received an offer above listing. She was instrumental in corresponding with the buying agent for any negotiations that needed to be made.
