I am passionate about all types of Real Estate, from new construction to foreclosures and everywhere in between.

I absolutely pride myself in being the eyes for my buyers. This means that not only do I take the frustration out of the search by setting up search engines that locate properties specific to their needs so that they are not sifting through all properties on the market and ultimately missing the perfect one, but I also assist my buyer clients as we go through homes of interest looking for things that they may over look.

As for my sellers: As part of my business model I focus on the communication and guarantee a market update at least weekly or bi weekly. This way sellers feel involved in the process at all stages of the sell not just when there is an offer.

Being able to educate first time home owners, or simply guide others who have gone through the process before is very rewarding to me. Moving can be very emotional and is ultimately the biggest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. It is very important to have professional representation from contract to close to ensure the best possible buying/selling experience.

I am very passionate about my community. I organized and serve on the board for the Sherman Area Chamber of Commerce. I also serve on the board for the Sherman/Williamsville Economic Committee.

My most important and rewarding job is that of motherhood. I have 2 beautiful young children, one boy and one girl.
