Tracy Rowland

An award-winning agent since the start of her career, Tracy was Rookie of the Year with Allen Tate and was recently named one of the top 100 agents for North and South Carolina with Tracy Rowland Real Estate. Tracy was nominated by her clients and chosen to be featured in Top Agent Magazine for her exceptional customer service. She is a member of the Greater Charlotte MLS and all her listings will appear in multiple websites including Zillow, Truilia, Homes.com and Craigslist as well as on all avenues of social media including Twitter and Facebook. Tracy in addition to residential listing is also a Commercial Realtor and features her listings with LoopNet and other commercial websites. Tracy has recently opened her own brokerage firms. One in the Charlotte Metro Region and the other at the beach Brunswick Conty. In addition to her busy career, Tracy is very involved in the community. She serves as President of Concord Afton Sunset Rotary and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity as well. Tracy recently was honored by being chosen as a TV consultant for HGTV's show "Property Virgins," offering her expertise on the Carolina real estate market. Tracy is looking to expand her team in the hopes of doubling her business in the upcoming year. Inspired by her recent foray into television, she is also looking to branch out, taking on a more public role when it comes to educating people about the industry that she loves. In 2016, Tracy received the Re/Max Leading Edge Hall of Fame Award, as well as awards for Most Listings Closed, Most Buyers Closed, Most Listings, and Most Listing Volume in her office!
