She has been schooled in interior design and has an artist's eye and attention to detail for staging and showing homes. She has written hundreds of contracts and knows the real estate document world intimately. There is a lot of detail involved from listing agreements to offers to executed Buy-Sells to inspections to title to closing. Tracy has significant experience at navigating the document world.
