I was connected with Tracy through my Zillow lending agent and once we got to meet, we were able to find my new home after only a couple of viewings. She was quick on getting all the paperwork in order for submitting an offer, bringing on a Title agency to start processing an escrow and appraisals, and diligently found all the necessary inspectors for me while I was busy at work. She helped negotiate for some concessions on repairs and even found a contractor to move forward with those repairs as soon as the purchase closed. Tracy was very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions, most before I even asked them. I definitely recommend Tracy to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Where to even begin! Tracy is such a wonderful person inside and out! My husband and I were looking into buying land, were SUPER new to everything, and had no idea where to start. We found a piece of property we liked on Zillow and got lucky to be paired up with Tracy! From the start she was so down to earth, super informative, patient, and willing to get any answer she didnt already know. Without any hesitation, she offered help in any department we needed, she gave recommendations, passed along all information that was sent her way, checked in throughout every step without being overbearing, was there to help literally 24/7, and never got frustrated having to explain the same thing to me a million times.
