Tracy Montgomery

Tracy Montgomery has been in the real estate industry for over 20+ years servicing the Greater Houston area. In 2013 she developed a team of agents dedicated to serving all clients in the best manner possible. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). She received her Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) in 2001 and her Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE) designation in 2007.

Tracy joined the northeast division in 1999, where she has become a multi-million dollar producer. She was honored as the top salesperson in Summerwood in 2000 and 2003. In 2004 she received honor from HAR ranking in top 150 realtors out of 20,000 plus members Houston wide for highest number of transactions and was honored as the top sales and listing agent at Keller Williams Northeast. In 2005 ranked in top 2 sales agents at Keller Williams Northeast and #7 in individual sales in all Houston Keller Williams offices. In 2006 & 2007 awarded first place in most listings at Keller Williams Northeast, top producer in most closed transactions, and inducted into Keller Williams Hall of Fame (Over one million dollars in commissions).
