Tracy was actually recommended to me by my bank. They spoke extremely highly over her general knowledge of the industry, attention to detail, attentiveness, and kindness. Since I was a first time homebuyer, I wasnt confident in what exactly what I was looking for, I had a bunch of questions, and nervous on buying a home. Let me tell you, after our first phone call I could tell she was going to be a great fit for me as she answered all my questions and put me at ease in buying a home. When negotiating started on our first bid on a house, she negotiated a new septic tank and to fix the electrical box. With over 20 years experience, she knows what shes doing and will be a great fit for any homebuyer.
