Let me start off by saying wow. I have never bought a home before. Me and my fiancA(C) chose Chantelle and all I can say is nothing but good things about her. She is wonderful. We havent closed on our house yet but Tuesday is the day. We have had a few issues with out well water and Chantelle was on top of EVERYTHING. She did everything in her power to get the guys out ASAP to fix it. She is very very good with communicating. Anytime she knows something the next minute she calls or texts you. She ALWAYS answers the phone no matter what she is doing. She is the kindest woman I have ever met and she works so so hard for her clients. She has helped me and my fiancA(C) is words I cannot explain. She works countless hours everyday has a bunch of clients and still does everything she can even after she goes home for the day. I have not had any problems with her she truly is AMAZING! I am so grateful that she was able to help us find a place that wasnt even on market yet and the house is so beautiful. Thank you Chantelle, you seriously are the best realtor and I hope everyone uses you as a realtor. Theyd be crazy not to ?? I was truly blessed when I met Chantelle. Everyone give her shout if you are looking to buy a home or sell! ?? I truly am grateful for her hard work, dedication, and love and support she has for her clients!

I was searching for my first home and was mainly looking to move to the selinsgrove area. My agent, Tracy Miloro, not only helped me get a house in a fantastic neighborhood in the Selinsgrove area, she also used her negotiation skills to get a great price on the house. She was there for me every step of the way and always quickly and effectively responded to any questions or concerns I had. She answered my request for a home tour on a holiday weekend even when no other agents would. My husband and I have been on the market and getting pre approved for the last 5 years. We have had our fair share of realtors in the past 5 years, one day I was on realtor.com and looking at this home that just came on the market and my husband and I decided to take the leap to contact them and they got us in contact with Chantelle. That was the best decision we could have ever made Chantelle is by far the best realtor in central pa. Tracy and Chantelle worked together to show us houses we put 3 offers in and 2 of them got shot down and the 3rd they accepted it. Our experience with Chantelle and Tracy was incredible she is very patient and understanding. Answers all your questions very throughly and makes sure that you understand. She was and is very open and voiced her concerns with each property we went to look at. She is straight forward and doesnt beat around the bush. She studies each property before going to view them so you as her client know and have a better understanding about the property. She kept us up to date on absolutely everything and it was just an incredible STRESS FREE experience having Chantelle as our realtor. She always goes above and beyond for her clients. We closed on the 12th and today I had to call her about our garage door. Chantelle did not hesitate she went and bought batteries just in case that was the issue and she came right their to help us even after we already closed on our house. She didnt have to take the time out of her busy schedule to help us but guess what she did because that is the type of person she is. My husband and I highly recommend Chantelle and Tracy they both work great together as a team. Dont miss out on your dream home with another realtor when you can hire Chantelle and get your dream home in a timely, stress free manner. I have already recommended Chantelle to others and if we ever decide to buy another or sell we will not hesitate to call Chantelle again.
