My friends called Tracy, with whom they'd worked with for two home purchases. We like the house so much I immediately contacted my lender and had a pre approval in hand that afternoon and Tracy helped us make an offer. We went back home to put our house on the market and Tracy worked with our realtor at home to coordinate the sale of our house and the new purchase! Tracy was friendly and helpful from the first interaction. I was moving halfway across the country and had minimal knowledge of local areas/home buying processes and she walked me through each step.
