This women is an absolute rock star as a realtor. In every sense of the word. We went through multiple realtors and all were just worried about "gettin' that commission!" However, Tracy was a different breed. She went ABOVE and beyond the entire process. She took time out of every single day for about 2 months working with us through the process. I was never worried, in-the-dark, or stressed because she was there every step of the way. I knew how much she cared when we had the home inspection... we were at the desired house for a good hour with the inspector and somehow she knew I wanted to check out the rest of the property but didn't say anything because I wanted to respect her busy schedule and then she said, "Let's go see the rest of your new property!" Somehow she just knew and that meant a lot because we then knew she really CARED! Making a move across the state, Tracy stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She even drove out to properties we were interested in to give us feedback on the specifics we asked about so we could narrow our search as much as possible before we were able to come into town to look at homes. She is objective, factual, prepared and extremely professional. She is also very patient. She is quick to respond to you and always works hard to find you correct information when you need it.
