ZillowVERIFIEDFinally at 60 I was able to purchase a home and started looking on Zillow. Vermont was the destination since I ski and love fishing, hiking and camping, so started looking near all of the popular ski areas. I clicked on a home and was wondering how the process worked when I received a message almost immediately from Tracy Marino asking what I was looking for. Being on somewhat of a tight budget and could not spend over a certain amount, we worked on a list of 10 homes and was willing to search on either Saturday or Sunday or both days, no problem. We worked on a list of 10 homes in one day and thanks to her knowledge of the area we were able to wind our way to each home. By the end of the day she felt she knew exactly what I was looking for and made a call and off we went to the 11th house, guess what, I am now the owner of this house. Tracy is professional, knowledgeable of the business, knew all the right people to contact regarding inspections, repairs, and was able to get me a price below the asking price. If you want good service, good personality, a hard worker, she is the one to call.
