Amy helped make my dreams come true. She was patient and explained every step of the process, making sure I was informed of things I didn't even know existed. Amy was incredibly thorough, detail oriented, market savvy, and well-connected with various contractors and inspectors. At times when I was having meltdowns, she was calm and reassuring. She is a master negotiator as well. My experience with other realtors was abysmal when compared to Amy. If anyone is blessed with the opportunity to work with her, they should seize it.

Absolutely awful experience. Tracy Knobles and Pat are awful to work with and just want paychecks. Went to look at a property, and was pretty much tricked into signing a aEURoecontractaEUR? with Tracy on a home, she gave us 30 minutes to look at a 2 story, basement, two separate garages and a fully fenced yard and kept shoving down our throats that she had another appointment so i rushed and looked at the home as she was shoving 3-4 pages of paperwork down my girlfriends throat. Long story short we found out we couldnt put an offer in with our other realtor and we had to go with Tracy so we did. We tried multiple times and also didnt feel like Tracy really wanted to sellllll us the right home, just wanted to sell the home quick for a paycheck. She knew nothing about the home and tried getting us to put offers in even before seeing the ENTIRE property as we didnt have access to part of it she didnt have the key (the roof in the area we didnt see had a tree fall on it and the roof needs replaced, not suspicious right?) We asked kindly to get out of the contract, and she said shed speak to her broker and the next day was completely ignored and just asked about what offer we wanted to put in. Either or we asked a SECOND time and was told pretty much no, then the third time I was not so nice and told her I'm contacting the broker myself and will escalate to court if need be. Finally got in contact with Pat Mylnek and she pretty much straight told me no that my reasons werent aEURoeviableaEUR? to get out of the contract and was very rude/disrespectful on the phone even after I stated Id even put another offer in with another KELLER agent of PATS choosing I just didnt want to deal with Tracy, especially now that there may be hard feelings between me and Tracy that it wouldnt be a trustworthy partnership. Either or, having an AWFUL time with Tracy Knobles and her boss, would not recommend buying from her or ANYONE within the company if they are anything like Pat or Tracy. Again no hard feelings toward either of them, I just feel like this could of been an easy thing to let go and just let us out especially after I stated I would do the offer with any other Keller realtors just not Tracy to prove I just dont want to do it with her.

Got connected to Tracy by another great realtor I used in a different state. Talent definitely recognizes talent because Tracy is the absolutely best. She helped us find and buy our absolute dream home, and then turned around and sold our old house in record time! But her real value shines in the connections she makes and the support she provides before, during, and even after the sale. I couldnt recommend her more and will sing her praises to anyone who will listen! If you have a house to sell or one you want to buy, youll want Tracy by your side!
