Tracy helped me and my wife buy an investment property and rent it out. Since we are from out-of-state, we needed to be efficient with our visits. Tracy helped us research and create a targeted list of potential properties. After a single day of touring various proprieties, we ultimately ended up purchasing the first house we toured. During the offer stage, she provided insightful guidance and helped us make a competitive offer that still protected us while winning the bidding war. She also did excellent due diligence and saved us thousands of dollars by catching a mistake in how the selling agent calculated the escalation clause. Tracy consistently went above and beyond. She even brought tools to try to remove a fastened phone holder from a bathroom mirror. She offered thoughtful suggestions for improvements and patiently answered our many questions. She did such a great job with the purchase that we asked for her help in renting out the property as well. In the end, she found us a tenant quickly at our asking price.

Tracy was excellent to work with, especially when we needed to work from a distance. She was very responsive to emails, phone calls and text messages.
