Tracy was the best realtor we could have asked for! Not only did she give us tips on how to go about looking for houses that we could successfully offer on in this crazy market, but she also gave us amazing tips to get our house up and ready to list within 5 days of meeting with her. Tracy ALWAYS has what's in her clients' best interests. When selecting an offer from our pool of offers on our home we were selling, she was sure to call my husband and I to go over the perks of each offer and ensure that we moved forward with what WE thought was best for our situation. She also fought tooth and nail to make sure that our buyers were strong, reliable, and able to move forward with their end every inch of the way, even if it meant calling several people late hours into the night on a weekend. My husband and I were not only able to get into contract on our very first home that we put an offer in for, but we were ALSO able to make our offer contingent upon the sale of our home, which are both things that are almost unheard of in this market today!Tracy is absolutely wonderful and if we are ever in need of real estate assistance again, we will absolutely be heading her way again! Tracy really surpassed all of our expectations being our agent. Especially being new out of state investors, we really needed someone we could trust, someone who had the local knowledgeable and also well connected with vendors, contractors, wholesalers, etc.We always felt like she wanted the best for us. Her negotiation skills are also top notch, she was able to get the final price down to something better than we expected. Best and most trustworthy real estate agent you could wish for. We never got the sense that she just wanted to have us buy the most expensive home but she was appropriately patient and was very honest about her opinions on the homes we toured (we toured about 6-7)
