The Kable Team was founded in 1999 by Carol Kable, establishing a tradition of trusted real estate service rooted in the communities of Jefferson and Berkeley County, West Virginia. In 2012, leadership transitioned to Tracy Kable, who became Owner and Team Leader and founded Kable Team Realty. With decades of local knowledge, strong ethical standards, and a relationship-driven approach, Tracy expanded the team's presence throughout the Eastern Panhandle while supporting buyers and sellers across every price point. In late 2024, Tracy guided The Kable Team's move to Real Broker, a strategic decision that brought clients cutting-edge technology, streamlined systems, and industry-leading training for agents. HOBBIES/INTEREST

In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining, cooking gourmet meals, and exploring top-rated restaurants and wineries. She also loves traveling, golfing, walking, hiking, biking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Tracy cherishes her role as "Lollie" to her grandson Grayson, who proudly claims he's her favorite person.

John is a terrific realtor! We looked at a number of properties, but nothing really caught my attention. I finally found a property that I felt was right for me, but unfortunately the home inspection came back with multiple problems. As a senior citizen those problems were not something I wanted to deal with prior to occupancy. The deal was nixed, but John was patient and optimistic that I would find something else that was to my liking. And about a month later I did! Not only was it move in ready, it was far more affordable for my budget. John was great throughout the process. I have dealt with many agents over the years, and John is the best.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John Stover. He was fantastic through the entire homebuying process. John was extremely responsive through our tenure and remains responsive even now (after we have moved into our new home) Not only was he willing to show properties on short notice, but once it was time to write an offer he guided us through the process of making a strong offer, while also preserving our own financial safety. John kept things moving from the time our offer was accepted all the way through closing and possession! Also, we were moving from out of state, so Johns local expertise was invaluable.
