When we decided to toy around with looking at houses we didn't have a realtor to work with. Through Zillow we were assigned Matt Smollen. From the beginning Matt was incredibly easy to work with. Very quickly he gained our trust and understood what we were looking for. To say that Matt went above and beyond during the entire buying process is an under statement. Matt showed up, was always available with a quick text or call, continued to keep us updated at every turn and even with an issue after the move in, I was able to reach out to him and he responded immediately. Every person who was on our team through the Tracy Jones team was incredibly helpful, kind, efficient and proficient. I hope to not move for quite a few years but I would and will refer friends and family to Matt, Kelsey and the Tracy Jones Team.
