Alongside my work in real estate, I founded Charis Youth Ranch in 2009, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing horses and providing mentorship to at-risk youth in our region. We have bought and sold several homes with Tracy and we are thankful she is our Realtor. She is very experienced, and she listens to what you want and need. We had multiple offers and some unexpected findings on inspections when selling our last home and Tracy guided us confidently through a stressful ordeal. When we were ready to purchase again she helped us narrow our selection and was patient and flexible to accommodate our schedule. We would use her again without hesitation, but she found us the perfect home so we probably won't be moving again anytime soon :)

Tracy originally helped us when we moved to Colorado in 2017. She made many of trips around the front range with my husband to find our house. When it came time to sell, we knew exactly who we wanted to call. Tracy got our house listed and sold in no time. It went under contract fast, but that one fell through. We put the house back on the market for more $$ and we had a same day full price offer. Tracy took care of everything from getting the house staged to the awesome pictures that were taken. She truly cares about her clients, and takes the time to listen and get you what you want. Shes simply the best.
