On our initial meeting with Tracy it was apparent she had invested the time to study and understand the Katy home market. Not only did she prepare the comps to set a starting point for our home value but exceeded expectations by also providing the home prices and average viewing traffic to enable selecting the perfect asking price. She then proceeded to take charge and define the marketing process and the best methods to show the home. Though houses in our area were sitting on the market for 100+ days, ours was sold before the first planned open house (6 days on the market). Tracy has the work ethic, expertise and professionalism necessary and exceeded our expectations.
