Tracy Butcher

Having lived in (or near) Goodrich for more than 30 years, and being a Goodrich Grad, and having 2 children that are Goodrich Grads, Tracy is very familar with the area and what it has to offer. After leaving teaching in 2014 to take over the management of Two Mike's Plumbing & Heating LLC, a Goodrich plumbing & heating company founded by her and her husband, Tracy decided she needed to use her love of teaching and helping others in a way that wouldn't interfere with her ability to manage the business. After considering options and exploring possibilities, in 2021 she earned her real estate license and began her real estate business. When attention to detail, honest consistent communication, and strong negotiations are needed, you'll get all that, and more with her as your partner, working for you, to sell or purchase a home, or investment property. She runs her real estate business on the premise of giving back, she allocates a portion of her income to go directly into supporting community programs and events, such as but not limited to community sports leagues for children, community festivals, and donations to local small businesses & non-profits providing free or reduced cost services to those in need. She's looking forward to continuing to grow her business, guiding home sellers and buyers through the process, inviting seasoned agents to compare brokerages and ensure they're in the best place for achieving their goals, and mentoring new agents at eXp Realty to help them find their way into a real estate career. As an educator she's also a lifelong learner, which means she's constantly adding to her shelf of information, giving her an advantage in helping her clients and mentees over agents just getting by with the basics. One way in which she grew to assist other agents and entrepreneurs is by becoming a certified SUCCESS coach with SUCCESS coaching, turning her previous teaching experience into something geared toward assisting business owners and fellow real estate agents.
