Tracy Armstrong

Tracy Armstrong: I've been blessed to work and have a career, doing what I love to do. It is a true thrill to work with clients, who are in the process of finding and purchasing their dream; whether that dream is a first home, land, commercial venture, investment, or second home getaway! This is my twenty-fourth year in Real Estate. On September 1, 2010, and with the help of my son Austen, we were able to open our own brokerage, "STAGECOACH REALTY". I'm taking all that I've learned in the past, and reaching beyond what I thought was impossible. My wife Lynn and I have been married for over 33 years, and are the parents of twelve beautiful children, and so far we have eight, just as beautiful, grandchildren.

Austen Armstrong: Having lived at Panguitch Lake, or in Panguitch, since I was eight, I have a great knowledge of Garfield County as a whole. I have been able to observe my Dad, and help him, during the last seventeen years. I have been a sales agent for five years, and already have participated in million of dollars worth of transactions, despite starting my career during very difficult economic times. In my personal life, I am married, and my wife Kayla and I have a three year old son named Kollen. We live at Panguitch Lake and the office is only a few steps away from our cabin.
