As first time home buyers, my husband and I were both new to it all, and Traci was always willing and available to answer any questions we had, and was very thorough in explaining all of the steps of the home-buying process. While looking at homes with Traci, she would discuss pros and cons of the properties, but would also step back and let my husband and I discuss on our own, with no pressure. My husband and I both felt very good about signing the papers, and a big reason was because Traci had been very communicative and non-pushy during our search for a home.
