From the moment we first spoke to Christy, she was focused, professional, and clear it was her job to help us find the best home for us. She helped us refine our search. Should I update my house photos for sale?

It may seem like an added expense, but I think new photos are a great idea. For the same reason that stores change out their merchandise the day after Christmas, your photos tell a story. Best of luck!

What is your number 1 piece of advice for home sellers?

Does it look good? Does it smell good? Pack away anything you plan on moving anyway, and stage it like you were going to be renting it as an AirBNB. Take some photos and video on your phone and watch them back. That always helps!
