We first met Christy 3 1/2 years ago when we made the decision to sell our home in the mountains and look for a house to buy in Greensboro. Though we ultimately made the decision at that time to lease a house and wait for the market to calm down, we kept in touch with Christy and contacted her when a house in our neighborhood came on the market in September of 2025. She responded to our call right away, even though it was a Sunday, and had helped us submit an offer by the end of the day. It was so great to work with Christy through the entire buying process, which was a bit unusual because we were dealing with a relocation company as the seller. We always knew we could count on her to guide us and keep us focused on what was important - she truly had our backs at all times. When the home inspection turned up some rather costly repairs, Christy negotiated a lower price for us, and that alone serves to illustrate how invaluable she is as a buyers agent. We really cant emphasize enough our appreciation for both the personal and professional relationship we have developed with Christy, and highly recommend her organizational skills, her experience, and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.

Christy was awesome. She was always quick to respond to my text and emails. She was very aggressive at getting my property out there and she sold it over a weekend. I had it in my head that I should wait until spring for various profit and marketing reasons. She explained why I should do it now, adding "thats why I'm here, Right?" Listen, theres plenty of "yes" people out there. They will be happy to tell you what you want to hear. Christy is a straight shooter, you may not agree with everything she says but she WILL sell your house.

We moved from NY, so everything in Greensboro was foreign to us, but Christy walked us through every step...explaining the differences between NY and NC, helping us find the right neighborhoods, pointed out what to look for in a property, explained the lending process and introduced us to our lender...Christy was communicating with us every step of the way, which made everything a lot less stressful. The best part is how she took the time to invest in our family... she listened to our wants and needs, she recommended family things to do around the city, and the conversations weren't always about business...we have a great friend for life.
