Greensboro born and raised, I consider myself a true specialist in the Triad Area. With over 20 years of real estate experience, I understand all sides of the transaction. I started out as a Real Estate Investor, became a Landlord, and then decided to complete the process by getting my North Carolina Real Estate Broker's License. I am the Broker in Charge of 360 Realty, Greensboro's leading Boutique Real Estate Firm located in the heart of Downtown! 360 Realty is 100% Woman Owned and we are proud to be a small Local Business. We service the entire region with offices in Durham (across from the Bulls Stadium), and an office in Winston Salem. If you are trying to SELL your home, consider me as your Listing Agent. I am a dedicated Listing Specialist, and my Team moved over 352 homes last year. Together we closed over $62 million in sales. We have proven sales techniques, advanced marketing strategies, and we aggressively advertise. We do not offer traditional Dual Agency within our firm, so that means that you have 100% of my attention and I work solely for you. I have a sense of humor, I am brutally honest, and will put everything I have into our transaction. I have the experience to get your home seen, the creativity to think outside the box and sell it, and the Team to help me do that! Buyers are near and dear to my heart, and truly make what I do worthwhile. I feel it is very important to specialize when working with Buyers, and I have trained my Specialized Buyer Agents to be the best in the business. Once referred to a member of my team, you can be assured that you will be working with a dedicated Buyer's Agent. I want each Buyer to know that we are working for you to find you the absolute best deal available, and we will fight for you to the finish and beyond! We have our CRMS Designation (Certified Residential Military Specialist), so we are ready, willing and able to Serve those that Serve! If you are active Military or a Veteran, we would love to work for you. With our current market, I also list Foreclosure/REO Listings direct from the Banks, as well as HUD properties and USDA. I understand the listing and selling processes of Foreclosures from the inside out. Use an expert to help you find your new home!

FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Do not call the Listing agent on the sign to show you the home. Find a good Buyer's agent that knows the market and will negotiate hard for you.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
It needs to look good, smell good, and be priced correctly. It is always tempting to start the price really high in this wonderful market we are having...but being priced correctly is important. Find a Listing Specialist that knows this market inside and out and can tell you the price per square foot of a home. Also, choose a listing agent that will use professional photos for you!
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with all types of clients, and my specialty is in Listing homes. I have hired buyer's agents to handle the purchasing part of the transaction for my Team, so that I can concentrate fully on listing homes and selling them! I sell for regular folks, relocation companies, investors, and even for banks that need to move their foreclosures.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
A recent client proposed to his fiance on the deck of the new home we had just closed with them. A wonderful client called me to come and list his home. It was in great shape and went under contract in 3 days with 5 offers and for over asking price. He then decided he wanted to purchase. I introduced him to one of the excellent Buyer's Agents on my Team and they quickly found a great new home for him and his girlfriend. After they closed, we received a text message with a photo of a diamond ring and underneath it said that he asked her right on the deck of their new home. That is my kind of real estate!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I feel like I have been involved in real estate in some form since the dawn of creation. I started helping my parents work on flip properties when I was a child, and then moved on to buying them and flipping them myself. It turned into getting my real estate license and then falling in love with this business. I love the fact that every day is a new adventure!
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a big heart for the Military and Veterans, and I hold a CRMS (certified residential military specialist). I am certified in a whole bunch of Foreclosure listing specialties and will not bore you by listing out all the letters here. I know my Local area like the back of my hand, and I have a real knack for knowing exactly how properties need to be priced.
It may seem like an added expense, but I think new photos are a great idea. For the same reason that stores change out their merchandise the day after Christmas, your photos tell a story. Best of luck!

Does it look good? Does it smell good? Pack away anything you plan on moving anyway, and stage it like you were going to be renting it as an AirBNB. Take some photos and video on your phone and watch them back. That always helps!

Christy was fantastic to work with through the buying process. She was friendly and professional, very prompt with paperwork and scheduling, always responsive, and ready for the next steps. She never made me feel pressured into any decisions, just laid out all my options and different perspectives to help me feel informed. I would gladly partner with her again in the future.

Honestly, I'm not sure I could have asked for a better buyer's agent. She was quick to respond, kept to my speed, and never hesitated on any request I had. I've already recommended her to a friend and will continue to do so.

We first met Christy 3 1/2 years ago when we made the decision to sell our home in the mountains and look for a house to buy in Greensboro. Though we ultimately made the decision at that time to lease a house and wait for the market to calm down, we kept in touch with Christy and contacted her when a house in our neighborhood came on the market in September of 2025. She responded to our call right away, even though it was a Sunday, and had helped us submit an offer by the end of the day. It was so great to work with Christy through the entire buying process, which was a bit unusual because we were dealing with a relocation company as the seller. We always knew we could count on her to guide us and keep us focused on what was important - she truly had our backs at all times. When the home inspection turned up some rather costly repairs, Christy negotiated a lower price for us, and that alone serves to illustrate how invaluable she is as a buyers agent. We really cant emphasize enough our appreciation for both the personal and professional relationship we have developed with Christy, and highly recommend her organizational skills, her experience, and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.

Christy was awesome. She was always quick to respond to my text and emails. She was very aggressive at getting my property out there and she sold it over a weekend. I had it in my head that I should wait until spring for various profit and marketing reasons. She explained why I should do it now, adding "thats why I'm here, Right?" Listen, theres plenty of "yes" people out there. They will be happy to tell you what you want to hear. Christy is a straight shooter, you may not agree with everything she says but she WILL sell your house.
