Tracey has a great sense of what the seller can do to maximize the homes appeal without spending alot. Also pointed out things I hadn't realized I needed to do like routing water from downspout under the sidewalk. I was able to get through the walkthru with only a few minor fixes giving me an advantage and not having to come down in price. We had an offer over asking price. I would recommend Tracey highly.
