Tracey was absolutely AMAZING! We are first time home buyers/owners and she walked us through every single step! We are military, and did a VA loan and her aswell as her coworkers made sure everything went as smooth as possible! With bumps in the road (as every home buying experience will have) Tracey delt with every curve ball with grace. She was extremely professional while also being very approachable and easy to talk to. She showed us multiple houses in multiple locations and she helped us find our forever home. We absolutely LOVE Tracey. Tracey was absolutely amazing! There were a few things that made her amazing to my husband and me. We met her at an open house. My husband and I were just checking out homes in the area but this particular house was way out of our price range but we wanted to look at it anywhere. We walked in and there was Tracey. She greeted us and began the walkthrough. The interesting part was not too long into our visit, my friend told her, really we're just checking this house out but this is put of our range. We expected her to wrap it up with us after that but nope, she kept talking to us as if we were potential buyers. We were honest with her about our loan status at the time and that we needes to get some things in order before we even started the actual procrss. She then made some recommendations on how we could prepare ourselves. She took our information and began sending us houses to look at. My point is, she trreated us just like she knew we'd get a home and we did! We got our business straight and was able to get our pre-approval! The market was nuts so we had to jump on things quickly. She lived an hour away but was still very accommodating when we wanted to look at homes and scheduled showings in a timely manner. She'd give us on how to put in the best offer. She didn't try to just make a sell. She responded to emails, texts, etc. Showed up on time and gave great advice. After a few months of working together, she knew what we were looking for so she'd only send houses she knew we'd like. Whenever we put in an offer in, she kept us informed. Our offer was rejected on three different homes but each time she would say, " We're going to get a house!" I needed that after the third rejection because I was mentally drained at this point. Houses we loved were too high and the prices we liked, the houses were not to our liking. I just began to pray and ask God to take the wheel. The crazy thing is after looking back, he had the wheel the entire time. We finally found the one and it was smooth sailing from there! Tracey made things happen from the very beginning to the end! All we had to do was show up to closing. That's it! My husband and I will be looking into purchasing rental property in the next couple of years or so and we will be calling Tracey!!!
