My most fond transaction was, we had a couple who dated in High School but never continued the relationship and went their separate ways. Well, we all have a thing for our first love. They rekindled their relationship, both bringing in their children to the mix. They started out in an apartment and worked diligently to get where they needed to be to buy their 1st house. We shopped, put in offers only to be rejected at least 8 times. Then if finally happened our offer was accepted, when the agent called and told me they had accepted our offer. I literally teared up. I was so excited for them. They have been there for a little over a year and have since gotten married and adjusted well their new neighborhood.
Real Estate has always been a passion of mine. I was originally licensed in the early 2000’s. However, it was not the time for me to pursue it full time. Once my children were grown up and starting their own lives. It was time for me to follow my passion. My husband was laid off during covid after 25 years at his previous job and quickly decided to jump on board and be my partner in this crazy business. We absolutely love what we do and could not be happier.
