ZillowVERIFIEDI couldnt have been happier with choosing Trace Wilson as my Agent. This was my first time purchasing a home. He guided me through the confusing process and answered all my questions at any hour of the day/night, which I had a lot of. For the initial home searching, I was not in the area, he used video while touring which was clear to see during the different property tours which narrowed down my home search to the home I ultimately purchased. I used the VA Home Loan, and he is extremely versed with that including getting the seller to pay all the lender costs. He was very strong in negotiating on my behalf and contacted the sellers and arranged contracts even after normal business hours. This made the complete process take far less time then I imagined they would have. He was very proactive during every step. He arranged the home inspection and made contact with the sellers and had all of the repairs I asked for paid by the sellers, which is huge in my book. One of the repairs didnt get fixed before closing and he provided a trusted licensed person to fix the issue. The sellers needed to stay in the house a little bit of time after closing and Mr. Wilson negotiated a great price for them to pay rent back to me. The house came with chickens and he showed us how to feed/water and even bought a bag of feed for them, this is a small example of the additional little things that he went above and beyond for me. I would/will definitely recommend him to anyone needing a realtor.

He was always on the ball about showing us a home and was able to do it very quick every time. He was very patient with us, never pushy, let us get through the process and answered so many questions along the way. We had been looking for over a year, and we were very timid about buying because everything is so expensive right now, and we had cheap rent, but we only had one bedroom and we have a growing family. We had considered saving up and buying land to possibly build and do the work ourselves one day, and then we came upon this home and we really liked it, could afford it, and knew we can raise a family here. Once we decided to put an offer on this home, we closed in less than a month! It was very smooth and Trace made it all the easier. There was an issue with Radon and it was an expensive fix that had to be done before moving in. Trace was able to coordinate with the seller and the seller took care of it, and we also got it done BEFORE we closed, it worked out wonderfully. We have been moved in for about a month and are so happy with our decision! I would recommend Trace to anyone that is considering buying in this crazy market! He knows his stuff!
