Tosha is an EXCELLENT realtor and I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing/selling their home. She's very attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Tosha is involved in the process from start to finish. When I started to get discouraged she called daily with motivational words, updates, and suggestions. She's going to try her best to keep the process seamless. Even after closing, Tosha still checked in to make sure all was well with my home. 10/10 experience.
