Maxwell helped us buy our first property. Before buying he connected me with a lender who was amazing which made the process so smooth since it was someone they've had a work relationship with. This made it easier for them to work behind the scenes together to get us to close. Maxwell negotiated a good deal for the buying price and warranty better than I expected and was there to explain things all through the process. Due to unforeseen hickups, we didn't manage to close on the expected date but he was kind enough to negotiate a deal with the seller for us to move in before then. He was with us through the whole process till the closing date and made sure that we were comfortable in every part of the process. It was a pleasure working with Maxwell and we are definitely having him as our realtor in the next property.

Maxwell helped me sell my house in Austell last month ( 8-7-19 ). He always returned my calls and was very pleasant to deal with through out the listing period. I wasn't able to be in Georgia for the closing and he represented me at the closing and everything went well. I gave him the listing on my Cartersville house this month and I recommend him highly. Max was very responsive during the house buying (and selling) process, he was available to view properties even outside regular hours.
