We started working with Cassandra out of shear chance, we started looking at the beginning of the year and then stepped away. As many know homebuyers know when you start the process, realtors and loan officers are competing for the chance to work with you; but Cassandra never applied all of the pressure or obligation to choose. When we started looking again, we went through the realtors who approached us and Cassandra was the only one we felt that aEURoevibeaEUR? with. Shes very approachable, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of the kind of people we were and what we needed out of a realtor. She brought professional and down-to-earth together, gave us great direction on how to proceed through negotiations, talked us through the slow periods, and recommended us to inspectors, contractors, etc. If there was something she didnt have immediate knowledge on she didnt hide it or make things up, but went and got the information we needed and explained it thoroughly. Kaleigh was an incredible realtor to work with. After walking through the first couple of houses, Kaleigh picked up on what our expectations were and was able to find homes to show us that had all of our must haves in a new home.
