There are SO many good things to say about Tonya! She was there for us 24/7, kept us updated constantly, helped us with big decisions, I could go on and on. Tonya was friendly but professional at all times. She was honest and upfront about the whole process of selling and buying a house. Tonya had patience with me, who had a tendency to get frustrated and irritated with not only the process of selling the house but also the attitude of the other realtors who were showing our house to their clients. She always kept in touch and kept us informed of all aspects of the selling of our property such as: when the house was being show, paperwork, and any issues with the property. Tonya was fantastic to work with in selling our commercial building. She worked hard to honor every question we had. If she did know the answer, she found out immediately. Nothing was too much trouble. She negotiated our deal where 3 other realtors had failed, and she a backup plan when the original deal did work out due to issues beyond any of our control.
