I cannot be move positive about Tonya and the service she provided. We asked a friend living in Sacramento for a referral. The person they recommended then referred us to Tonya who specializes in the area we preferred. We were a bit nervous as we live two hours away from where we were buying. Our nervousness quickly disappeared as Tonya anticipated our every need. She shepherded us through the offer, all inspections, and, once the purchase was made, the few repairs needed. She is a true pro, and should be considered but anyone buying or selling in West Sacramento.

Tonya is a positive person, and always made herself available to me. She is highly resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to get the answers for me. She really understood how I think and gave me the space to formulate decisions without any force. She made me feel like a valued customer, and really wanted to help me get a fair price for this home. When the COVID-19 virus struck, she was extremely optimistic and positive throughout the setback. We learned a lot together, but in the end, she clearly helped me get a fair price and meet my objective in a crazy housing market. She works for a company that has an attorney, so I felt comfortable that she would provided me good legal counsel throughtout the process. I would definitely recommend Tonya for anyone looking to buy or relocate in the Davis-Sacramento area.

My wife and I honestly wouldn't use a Realtor other than Tonya for buying and selling a home. Over the years she's helped us as a seller's agent and as a buyer's agent. We love how consistently knowledgeable, down-to-earth, friendly, helpful, energetic, and exceptional she is. She was always willing to explain contract language, investigate markets for us, show up in person for viewings, stay in good communication with loans officers and other agents involved, get to know us (as sellers or buyers) to tailor things to our specifics, and so much more.
