I represent corporate and Mid Level Residential/Commercial clients in acquiring multi-million dollar properties and leases. I also, as a consultant, I worked in concert with senior attorneys and title companies to provide expertise and support on a variety of Real Estate matters; review of multi-state leases, contracts, and lenders prior to brokerage attorneys final review. Perform due diligence prior to relinquishing and or acquiring properties. Manage properties for absentee owners. I supervised construction from ground to turn key operation, monitor contract and contractors to assure clarity, adequacy and completeness. Determine the need for appropriate clauses to cover special contract conditions; such as inspection and acceptance of space, quality assurance, price differential and adjustment clauses. I assured necessary proper attention and time was allocated to project milestones and compliance with laws and regulations.
