Tony was great! He did a great job describing the home buying process, gave me great tips on home buying. He made it seem like I was his only client! Tony was very patient with me when it came to asking questions and I asked a lot of questions, he never seemed to be bothered by it and he would encourage it, and i would always get a reply from Tony, sometimes even late at night when I had a random question!

Tony was exceptional. He came to our home, gave us a list of things that would help our home sell quickly and we did exactly as he asked. He suggested we price our home a little bit less than we were expecting, but he completely supported his price with comparable sales showing ours compared to theirs; saving us the problems that happen when an appraisal comes in low. Our home had 3 offers the first weekend and multiple attempts at back up offers. The appraisal came in exactly where we expected it to and we closed. He kept us informed throughout the process because our buyer was having issues with their loan which is concerning when you are carrying two mortgages. But he listened to our concerns, kept abreast with the buyers agent and kept reassuring us that it would all work out; and it did. Thank you so much Tony. Our family is grateful for you.
