I worked in the print industry for 15yrs and a press operator and promoted to Production Manager at age 30. I then got hire by the Government Printing Office and was a Contract Specialist and a Quality Control Specialist for several years and then promoted to a lead Financial Analyst. I will be retiring from the Government in 2027. I love helping buyers find that perfect forever home for their needs. I will always give you the best professional service possible! The one thing I bring to the home buying experience is I had my own construction business for several years before I got into the Govt. We rated Tony 5 stars in the various skill sets for a reason - he earned them (and it wasn't easy)!! Tony even got us into places before they were listed! While this isn't something to expect (we didn't) it illustrates two vital skills I'd say are crucial to have as you're home shopping: (1) his willingness to get an advantage for his buyers, and (2) he has AND can leverage valuable relationships with other local agents. He caught a LOT of heat from the other agent of the property he got us the sneak peek of (because we didn't end up wanting it) - but, Tony took it on the chin, stayed professional, and we ended up with the house we wanted - in our case it required some unique negotiations - again, working with his colleagues Tony got it done!
