ZillowVERIFIEDTony was not willing to help me in my out of state home search and demanded to see my approval letter without it he would not help me. That said prior he would not give me properties to view as potential prospects and was lazy to inform me of properties close to him, saying that It was out of my district. Thinking that may be valid I asked another realtor if he can assist with out of the area homes and he said he can sell homes in all of Alabama and I do not think Tony is really into doing his job. Anyhow that is his loss. His personality is not one of eagerness and friendliness. A bit shocking being he is in this field. I do not feel a prospective buyer should HAVE to show a pre-approval letter in the looking stage. When I find something of interest I will show it surely! And I am looking to buy in 30 days.
