Tony did an outstanding job helping with selling of my property in North Carolina. He provided help throughout the entire time of transaction. He made sure while I was staying in California throughout the entire transaction process, that the house was cleaned and delivered to the buyers in immaculate condition. Working with Tony on 3 different transactions (2 home sales and 1 home purchase) was a great experience and were very happy we chose Tony. Tony has so much local knowledge of the Chatham County area and beyond and especially the very special Preserve at Jordan Lake neighborhood where his office is. He helped us buy there and then sell our home there; what an amazing neighborhood for so many reasons and Tony knows the neighborhood inside and out. Working with Tony to sell 2 houses, we really felt like he was motivated to sell our house; he would make sure lights were turned on before showings and seemed to have some good connections and strong knowledge of real estate negotiation; he was such a good communicator, responding in a very timely manner. He provided expert advice, but never really tried to push us to change the house, price, etcaEUR|the photographer he uses does a great job; we felt like we had 2 beautiful houses and we were very pleased at how she captured them.
