If we could give Cassidy 10 stars, we would... We started this house hunt on a whim, without a realtor, as this house-buying process was new to us. Upon looking at the first house, we met Cassidy and instantly clicked and I knew she was the person to help us find our dream home. She showed us several places around town which I heard about through her awesome daily emails of new houses on the market in the areas of our interest. No matter the time of day, she was ALWAYS ready and willing to squeeze us in between her other showings and closings. When she took us to the last house (now our home) we knew it was the one the moment we walked in- and she did, too. Once the decision was made to put in an offer, she guided us flawlessly through the whole process. We waited one day after seeing the house to decide, which was our mistake... Someone else got it. Then it became available again and we found out by Cassidy calling us immediately. This time, we jumped on it. We weren't the only people who fell in love with this place- there was more than one offer.There was never a doubt with Cassidy by our side and we confidently went forward. We had no idea what buying a house entailed and Cassidy gave us references and contacts, always with a few options, to get the home inspected, etc. We felt comfortable, never pushed or pressured. She knew exactly how the market was fluctuating and how we needed to effectively get what we wanted, at our desired price. I could go on and on about Cassidy. Seriously, she is the best. No doubt about it. The real deal is Cassidy Jones. I've told everyone about her already and I wish her all the successes in her career, although she doesn't need any of my wishes. She is hard working, dedicated and honest. What more could you ask for?

Cassidy is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She made the experience of buying a home extremely pleasant and easy. Earlier this year my Wife and I were looking to buy a new location to move her existing Salon into. We had found a property that the selling agent had told us was already under contract, so back to the market we went. My Wife had worked with an Tony a few years before when she bought a condo so we were happy to find out he could help us here too. She mentioned the property to Tony, he did some research and found out that actually it was available!! That SAME day he scheduled a showing with us and the selling agent. We walked the building and with Tony's guidance we put in an offer that was accepted. During the inspection process (before closing) some issues came up with the building and the selling agent was very unaccommodating to navigate through these issues. Several times the selling agent tried to say it wasn't his problem, it was ours; and one time even threatened to keep our Escrow if we didn't take the building along with its issues. In the end with Tony's support we were able to eventually close on the building and the seller covered the cost of the repairs. I can say with 100% absolute certainty that without Tony we wouldn't have got this Wonderful Location and we would be out Several Thousand Dollars in escrow! Had Tony not spent the additional weeks to see this deal through for us that building would still be for sale. Tony not only helped us by dealing with that terrible selling agent... he indirectly helped that seller actually get it sold. There are certainly more real estate transactions in my future and I wont waste any time to try and do this on my own, Tony Deppe will be my first call.
