Bender is the man!!! The house had problems, the house needed repairs, I stated a new job and had to leave the state quickly! Bender kept in constant communication with me and made sure everything got done!! We closed on the house 44 days after listing!!! And that was with a house that had issues!!! If you are wanting to buy a new home or sell your old one use Bender!! If not you are just cutting yourself short!!
