I was referred to Tonia Allis by someone who cared for me very much and wanted me in the best hands as an inexperienced first time home buyer. Tonia gave me the confidence and excellent advice to help me make all the right decisions. Her masterful negotiation skills got the deal done with a great offer for both parties. We looked at countless houses and she was completely patient and didnt rush me to make any decisions. She even offered help in the way of contractors and labor help in fixing the things I wanted to in my new home. I will be looking to work with Tonia Allis on all future home and commercial real estate purchases and you should too. As first time home buyers we would not have been able to do this without Tonia. She was so patient with us, answered all of our questions and advocated for us in this rollercoaster of a market.
