Tommy sold our home in about a week, and for a great price. He also helped us with the purchase of our new home. He was very quick to get back to us on any questions that we had. If he did not know the answer to our questions he promptly found one using the deep pool of resources available to him. He is the first real estate agent we've had that when we asked his opinion he gave us a straight forward answer unlike other agents who gave us cryptic or vague answers. He was open and honest with us which is a quality that seems to be in short supply these days. He always gave us all our options so we could make an informed decision. Tommy never pressured us to make a decision. He always made sure that we had all our bases covered when both buying and selling our home. He made both transactions go very smooth. If you want somebody who is truly helpful when buying or selling a home, then Tommy is your man!

Tommy was great to work with. I have known him for a long time, but I had no idea he would be such a great realtor to work with. My wife and I had a a duplex built in Post Falls and there was a lot to consider. Tommy took the time to make sure that when we had a question about certain charges that didn't make sense to us, he took up the issue with the builder and we were able to resolve the issue. We would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in Kootenai County, and will be calling him again here in a few years again I'm sure. Thanks Tommy!

We met Tommy when we were first time home buyers, he was able to help us find the home we were looking for and assisted us in negotiations with sellers.
