ZillowVERIFIEDTom was great to work with. I found a place I loved but it was already under contract. Tom connected with the listing agent to get involved, and told them he had an interested buyer. Stayed in touch. The list agent shared with Tom that the other deal was in jeopardy and he got me in to see it while under contract (and told me not to get my hopes up). That deal did fall through, and I was able to get the offer in and accepted same day. Tom has all the connections to make it happen fast. He is also now offering tips and connections for some of the work I want to have done. All around great experience and highly recommended. Also - Tom listed and rented my previous home within 10 days for me.
