It was a pleasure working with Tom. He communicated quickly and regularly. He knows so much about houses and was able to point out things that were advantages and things to watch/stay away from, which was really helpful. He knows the market and the process really well and we felt like we were in good hands the entire time. He was able to recommend a mortgage broker and attorney who were both excellent. We had a bit of a hurdle with our appraisal and he and the broker he recommended to us were able to negotiate a great outcome for us without needing much of our involvement. We were very happy and will use Tom again for any future purchases/sales.
