We had our executive home located North of Grand Rapids, Michigan listed with another company without success for months, then we met Tom. He was able to guide us through the transaction process effectively and very smoothly. He sold our home in just a couple of weeks, for a very good price. Not only did he communicate effectively throughout the sale, but we felt that our best interest was always his top priority. When an issue did arise, he was there to resolve it quickly for our benefit with his years of experience negotiating home sales. One thing in particular stands out; The title company made a mistake in its calculation and when we notified Tom, he was on it immediately and was told it would be corrected, when the title company failed to back up the mistake, Tom reimbursed us out of his own pocket saying he will always stand by his clients. Those kinds of business practices and ethics are hard to find in today's world. We will always use Tom Rumble for all of our Real Estate needs and will always refer him to our friends and family. ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent Experience. I used to think that it was only important to hire the best for brain surgery and divorce lawyers. I would have to say a good realtor is worth the added expense. For some tasks you get what you pay for. We found a desirable home in our price range. By purest good fortune our cold contact information was given to Tom Rumble. Long story short, Tom was the best realtor I've ever dealt with. He treated the deal like it was his own, did his research and worked more diligently to make the deal happen than anyone could have expected. From the time we said go he was on a mission to make it happen. This was a prime location with multiple offers over a couple days, and Tom made sure we closed the offer. He cost extra, but that extra was the difference between capturing a desirable home and starting the search over again. His experience, professionalism was a cut above. And unlike any other realtor I've had over the past 40 years, he has stayed in touch after the closing to make sure the transition is smooth and successful. I've never had so much as a good realtor in the past. I never thought I'd experience an excellent realtor. But Tom Rumble is an excellent realtor/broker, the only one I've worked with that I would consider recommending to others. I felt that to Tom, it was our satisfaction and success that was his number one concern, not simply the commission at closing. It was refreshing. Summary: Very satisfied from start to finish. Tom's services were worth the extra, and there is no doubt we would not have been successful in our purchase if we had any other realtor.
