We just closed on our Up North home with Tom as our agent and can't say enough positive things about working with him. If you're looking for the best realtor in Northern Michigan, choose Tom... He's highly professional, knows the market and local intricacies across the entire region, and (most importantly) will fight for you and your family. Tom is light years ahead of every other realtor we've ever worked with; many who seem to just be along for the ride and commission. Tom was active and driving the process at every phase. He never pressured us or grew impatient while we were looking across a wide swath of the region and many different/evolving features we valued. And he made sure we had full understanding of the opportunities and challenges of each property, which was incredibly valuable when we inevitably viewed every property through "rose tinted lenses" of excitement. Tom really shined during the offer and closing process. Where most other agents will slide into the background, Tom continued to lead from the front to ensure we closed on time despite several curve balls thrown by our lender and third party entities. Tom's team is great too... Recommend at least checking with the network of lenders he works with before committing to a national bank. That would have saved us some major headaches and time. Tom solved (huge) problems for us and didn't just admire them with us. He fought for us... Always professionally but didn't hesitate to lean on people that weren't holding up on their end. For reasons out of our control, we would not have been able to close on our home without Tom and his team; but they found a way to make it happen. Now we're finishing up our first weekend in our new (to us) lakefront cabin and couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything, Tom Ryan and Crystal

My experience with Tom was top notch. Hes a total professional, very thorough and very forthright. There are no aEURoegray areasaEUR? with Tom when it comes to details and communication, everything is covered and nothing is left to ambiguity or surprise, and that is important because in Northern Michigan many of the real estate agents can be apathetic or downright sloppy. Not with Tom though, he made sure that every single detail was covered and that really shows the highest level of dedication and commitment. There is a huge difference when you pick the right Realtor. We had our executive home located North of Grand Rapids, Michigan listed with another company without success for months, then we met Tom. He was able to guide us through the transaction process effectively and very smoothly. He sold our home in just a couple of weeks, for a very good price. Not only did he communicate effectively throughout the sale, but we felt that our best interest was always his top priority. When an issue did arise, he was there to resolve it quickly for our benefit with his years of experience negotiating home sales. One thing in particular stands out; The title company made a mistake in its calculation and when we notified Tom, he was on it immediately and was told it would be corrected, when the title company failed to back up the mistake, Tom reimbursed us out of his own pocket saying he will always stand by his clients. Those kinds of business practices and ethics are hard to find in today's world. We will always use Tom Rumble for all of our Real Estate needs and will always refer him to our friends and family. If you are buying or selling any real estate, do yourself a favor and call Tom, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Tom, your hard work paid off immensely for our family.
