He got my West Asheville house listed and UNDER CONTRACT (at a really great price) WITHIN SIX DAYS of my calling him. Tom being an Asheville native, had all kinds of relationships and resources that not only helped a ton, but saved us a LOT of money when we bought our house. He recommended that we ask the seller for things that we didnt even know we needed. His relationship with a local builder allowed us to negotiate a price without having to enter a bidding war. And all the while he was upbeat, positive, fun and so enthusiastic about local real estate. He really is the BEST!

Tom is amazing! He has been our Realtor for six years for multiple properties. Tom always goes above and beyond more than any Realtor I have known. Tom scheduled appointments that would normally be our responsibility and tackled so many of the stressful aspects of selling, buying and moving. He has a network of people to solve any problem. Tom approaches everything optimistically and always stopped me from being negative. Its good vibes all of the the way with Tom!
