Tom was a huge help to our family, specifically my father, in selling our family home of 56 years. He is a very good communicator and helped us get it under contract quickly, and was very patient while we completed a project that was required before we could consummate the sale (it took months due to contractor issues). He also has Outstanding! market knowledge in the area. I would recommend Tom highly to help them sell their home.
