Tom was unbelievable to work with. Very responsive with us and our questions. His knowledge of the market and real estate is second to none. He knows when to be aggressive and where he can push sellers. He and Shelly are a great team and we will not use anyone else in the Orlando area. Tom worked with us for the better part of 9 months while we passively looked for houses. He was very patient with us as we decided what was important to us. When we finally got serious, Tom gave us great advice and ultimately was the reason for us getting the perfect house for us despite a bidding war. Tom is the BEST and hardest working realtor in all of Central Florida. He bent over backwards to get the best home at the best price. He has an impressive amount of knowledge about the area and homes/buildings etc and a mastery of the art of negotiation. He is always available to help me and truly has the heart of a teacher.
